  • 1304 Second Avenue, Manhattan. Golosi Artisian Pizza e Gelato - conversion of a 3 level frame store 1,800 square feet to a pizza gourmet and Gelato store, new concept store for NYC.

  • Paris Café is located in the South Street Seaport. After the Sandy storm, the restaurant was destroyed. On the 2nd floor, the 1873 detailed interior was brought back with a landmark bar and a total capacity of 147 people.

  • Dopo East - It is a 2 floor upscale Upper East Side Italian Restaurant. It has a party room and an open back yard with 20 people seating, and a total capacity of 92 seating.

  • Donna Margherita is an upscale Italian Pizza and wine bar, with an imported pizza oven from Napoli( IT). It is a 3 level that includes a kitchen on the lower level, a ground floor with a wine bar and pizza oven and a mezzanine that seats 20 people. It has a total capacity of seating for 48 people.
